Getting The Power

Subscription Fees

Remember, participation is anonymous. No hospitals are listed by name, only by ID number. But each hospital needs to be enrolled. Your CFO will also be able to receive access to your facility’s data, as well as access to the PFS Power Site if his name is listed as a secondary contact.

Subscriptions can be purchased by non-submitting hospitals, as well as other individuals and/or organizations. The fees are listed on the enclosed enrollment form, which is also available at our web site.

Your Subscription Includes:

Access to the PFS Power Rankings Site and all reports and rankings
Access to the PFS Bulletin Board
Monthly Trends and Analysis Report including text and graphs delivered via Email

[Fees are for a 12 month period]

You can easily register your facility by completing the subscription form through the link at the bottom of this page. You can fill out the information on your computer screen and then print the form out to be mailed along with your payment.

Once we receive your completed registration form and payment, you will be issued your login and password so that you can access our secure PFS Power Site.

Here's How It Works

ENROLL AND LOG-IN

Up to three individuals from your facility will have access to the site, with one person designated as the Primary Submitter

Hospitals that are part of a network must subscribe separately

When enrolled, you will receive an individual Log-In I.D. for your Primary Submitter and up to two Secondary Contacts and Passwords to access the PFS Power site. Non-submitting entities (agencies, companies, associations, etc.) receive only one I.D. and Password.

SUBMIT RESPONSES

In order to answer our Monthly Ranking Questionnaire, you will need to use you’re A/R trial balance, as well as various reporting tools from your information system or from within your hospital.

Be consistent and use the same reporting tools each month.

Your selection of YES or NO should be based on supportable documentation. YOU ARE ON THE HONOR SYSTEM!

Questions will relate to Cash Goals, Gross A/R, Inpatient and Outpatient A/R, Open Accounts, Unbilled Accounts.

Remember, our goal and yours is to use this data to see how you can improve, and to see how others are doing in comparison.

VIEW YOUR RANKING

No more waiting for results that are months old by the time you read them

With each facility that subscribes and submits their questionnaire, rankings will change up or down.

The facility’s name will not be listed, only your specific PFS I.D. to maintain anonymity

Each subscriber can access their own historical page to track their progress monthly
