As an additional service to subscribers, we are pleased to make available PFS Power Analysis. At your request, we will provide you with an individualized profile of your hospital's PFS Power Rankings performance. We'll be offering both a 'General Profile & Analysis and a 'Customized Profile & Analysis.

The General Profile & Analysis will include a trend line analysis of your monthly scores compared to the Historic National Average. You'll also receive a performance trending graph for your answers to the 14 monthly questions. Our commentary and analysis of the scores will also be prepared. This commentary will provide our opinions and observations based upon our review of your scores for the period requested. These reports will be emailed to you. We'll also include a 30 minute telephone consultation call to review the analysis with you.

The Customized Profile & Analysis will include all of the above services, but in addition, will allow you to identify up to three specifically related issues or situations that you are requesting our input and suggestions. We'll include responses to these conditions. The telephone conference call will also be increased to 45 minutes in duration.

Additionally, you can contact us to obtain assistance regarding monitoring and measurement tools. For the first time, we will be offering components of our PFS Power Toolkit for use by our subscribers.

Currently, the following formats are available:

Daily Cash Collections vs. Projections Reporting (for use in answering questions about meeting your cash goals)

Monthly A/R Comparative Analysis Report (for use in answering the questions about A/R amounts and number of open accounts)

You may increase the length of the telephone conference call. The incremental charge over the above rates will be $50.00 for up to each 15 minute interval added to the call.

The pricing for the Power Toolkit items are as follows:

Each toolkit item is prepared in an Excel file format. There are accompanying instructions for each format. Some types of customization include: providing formats for inpatient, outpatient and totals (e.g., on Cash and A/R comparisons), loading in your various payers and percentages, identifying staff and volumes, or providing hospital specific requirements, etc. Customized requests will be priced based on individual requests.
